CHERIFF FALL

Cherif Fall is a prominent Senegalese surfer, originally from Dakar, who discovered surfing at a young age using broken boards left by tourists along the coast. Despite initial opposition from his parents, he pursued his passion and quickly became one of Senegal's top surfers. Cherif is a nine-time national champion and has represented Senegal in various international competitions, including the Airwalk Pro Junior in France and the ISA World Surfing Games.

His ultimate goal is to become the first Sub-Saharan African surfer to qualify for the Olympics, with aspirations for the LA 2028 Games. Beyond his competitive success, Cherif is deeply committed to growing the sport in Senegal, actively mentoring young surfers and promoting surfing as a positive, accessible sport for the community. His journey is an inspiration to surfers in Africa and around the world.
