LENNIX SMITH
Lennix Smith is an Australian surfer from Shellharbour, New South Wales, recognized for his exceptional talent and rapid ascent in the competitive surfing scene. Born on March 3, 2005, Lennix began surfing at the age of three, guided by his father, Matt Smith, a skilled surfer himself.
By 16, Lennix had secured two Australian Titles. In 2021, he clinched his first Pro Junior victory at the Oakberry Tweed Coast Pro, competing against Australia's top young surfers.
In 2023, Lennix achieved his first senior title by winning the Gold Coast Open QS 1000. He also secured back-to-back Junior Qualifying Series victories, earning a spot at the World Junior in Brazil.
He has also explored international surf destinations, including a memorable trip to Skeleton Bay in Namibia, where he experienced some of the best waves of his life.
Lennix's dedication and rapid progression have positioned him as a promising figure in Australian surfing, with aspirations to join the Championship Tour and rank among the world's top surfers.
