Teresa Bonvalot is a prominent Portuguese professional surfer, widely recognized for her powerful and dynamic style. Growing up along Portugal's coastline. Her talent quickly became evident, and she soon made a name for herself in the competitive surfing world.

In 2019, Teresa made history by becoming the first Portuguese woman to qualify for the World Surf League (WSL) Championship Tour. Known for her versatility, she thrives in various conditions, from small beach breaks to challenging reef breaks, consistently showcasing her technical skill and fearlessness on the waves.

Beyond her success on the competitive circuit, Teresa is dedicated to advancing surfing in Portugal and inspiring young women to take up the sport.
